    • Products marked as clearance sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  4. Intact Seal Torn or Damaged:

    • Items with a broken or damaged seal will not be eligible for return, exchange, refund, or warranty.
  5. Undergarments Items:

    • For hygiene reasons, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not applicable to undergarments items.
  6. Accessories, Charger, or Adapter:

    • Returns, exchanges, refunds, or warranties do not cover accessories, chargers, adapters, or any additional items included with the product.
  7. Unpaid Gift Items:

    • Gift items that were not paid for are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or warranty.
  8. Product Scratches:

    • Items with visible scratches are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or warranty.

To initiate a return or exchange, it is imperative to capture an unboxing video. We kindly request customers to provide this video as part of the return/exchange request, as it helps streamline the process. Please note that return or exchange requests without an accompanying unboxing video will not be accepted.

Return Guidelines:

  • Ensure all original packaging, including boxes, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, stickers, labels, and gift items, is included.
  • Avoid applying sticky tape directly to the product.
  • Return the item to our office or dispatch it via courier to our office address. Customers are responsible for covering courier charges when returning the package.

Processing and Refund:

Upon receiving the returned product, we will promptly assess its condition. If a refund is deemed necessary, it will be processed within 72 hours.

Courier Charges:

  • In the case of a product fault, we will cover courier charges within Dhaka (60 BDT) and outside Dhaka (120 BDT). Additional charges, if any, will be borne by the customer.
  • If the product is in good condition, but the customer wishes to return it for a refund, all payment processing fees and delivery charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Discounts, Cashback, and Gifts:

Customers who have received discounts, cashback, or gifts along with their purchase are kindly requested to return these items to facilitate a smooth refund process.
